A casino floor with an air of celebration
Descend three terrazzo steps from the lobby to reach the Orbit Room, where teal carpeting, walnut panelling and low brass lamps sit below the hotel's renowned starburst ceiling. When the hotel opened, this was where everyone wanted to be seen, and that spirit remains: waistcoated dealers, cocktails brought to your table and the faint sound of a band from the Satellite Room.
The room has energy without feeling frantic. Generous spacing between tables makes it easy to get around, quieter corners suit a more leisurely game, and the Comet Lounge sits next door for whenever you need a pause.

Every table displays its limits, while floor hosts are on hand to guide you to a game that fits your evening.
Roulette
On the main floor are four wheels, all finished with polished walnut rims and positioned beneath the starburst ceiling.
Craps
At the room's livelier side, three tables draw the conversation and the crowd.
Baccarat
For a slower game with a cocktail alongside, choose one of three tables in a quiet alcove with velvet chairs.
Poker room
Beyond glass doors, ten tables host games each afternoon and evening, along with a welcoming weekly tournament.

Get familiar ahead of your game
At 15:00 each afternoon, our dealers lead an easygoing complimentary lesson in blackjack, roulette and craps at the learner tables. Lasting about forty-five minutes, each session uses practice chips, letting you understand rules, etiquette and lingo with no pressure.
House rules
- Adults only may enter the Orbit Room, with photo ID checked on arrival.
- Please dress smart casual after 18:00. Swimwear is not permitted on the floor.
- Keep phones silent while at tables, and please do not take photographs on the casino floor.
- Guests may watch, hear the band and enjoy the atmosphere without playing.
