Terms of stay

1. Making a booking

Your booking is confirmed when we email you a confirmation with a reference number. Please check it carefully and tell us straight away if anything is wrong. Bookings must be made by an adult, who is responsible for everyone staying in the room.

2. Rates and paying

Rates are per room, per night, and the rate shown on your confirmation is the rate you pay. We ask for a card when you book to guarantee the room, and the balance is settled when you check out. Food, drinks, spa treatments, cabanas and lanes can all be charged to your room.

3. Changing or cancelling

You can change or cancel a booking at no cost up to 48 hours before your arrival date. Inside 48 hours, or if you do not arrive, we charge the first night unless we manage to fill the room. The Rooftop Pad, group bookings and events have their own terms, which we will send with your confirmation.

4. Arriving and leaving

Rooms are ready from 15:00 on your arrival day and need to be vacated by 11:00 on the day you leave. Late check-out until 14:00 can usually be arranged for a small charge if you ask the evening before.

5. Behaving like a guest

We want everyone to have a good time, which means being considerate of other guests and of the building. Smoking is not permitted anywhere indoors, the pool has lifeguard hours that must be followed, and we may ask anyone causing a disturbance to leave without a refund.

6. The Orbit Room

The casino floor, the poker room and the Comet Lounge are for adults only, and photo ID is required at the door every time. House rules and table limits are displayed on the floor. We may refuse entry or service at our discretion, and we will always support a guest who wants to set limits or stop playing.

7. Your belongings

Every room has a safe for valuables. We cannot accept responsibility for items left unattended around the hotel, though our lost property desk will do its very best to reunite you with anything you leave behind. Nothing here affects the rights you have by law.
