What we collect

When you send us a booking request, write to us or stay at the hotel, we may collect the following:

• Your name, email address and the contents of any message you send.
• The dates, room type, number of guests and requests attached to a booking.
• Identification shown at check-in or at the door of the Orbit Room.
• Payment details, which are handled by our card processor rather than stored by us.
• Anonymous website statistics, such as which pages are visited and roughly how long for.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to you, arrange and manage your stay, take payment, keep the hotel safe and meet the legal duties that apply to hotels and casinos. With your permission we may also send you the occasional newsletter about shows and seasonal menus, and you can unsubscribe from it with a single click.

Who sees it

Only the members of our team who need your details to look after you can see them. We use a small number of trusted suppliers, such as our booking system, email service and card processor, who may handle your information on our behalf and only under our instructions. We never sell personal information or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies on this website

This website keeps cookies to a minimum. We use only what is needed for the site to work and to count visits anonymously. You can clear or block cookies in your browser whenever you like.

How long we keep it

Booking and stay records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes, then securely deleted. General enquiries that do not turn into a booking are deleted after one year.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it where we are able to. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy" and we will reply within thirty days.

If we change this notice, the new version will appear on this page with the changes already in effect.
